Refund policy
KOZI Return & Exchange Policy
All returns, refunds, and size exchanges must be requested within a maximum of five (5) days from the date you receive your order.
Please note that our courier does not allow opening the package upon delivery, as per their policy. This means you will not be able to inspect or separate items at the door.
However, your satisfaction is our priority — if you wish to return or exchange any item, you have 5 full days to contact us, and our KOZI customer care team will gladly assist you.

Condition of Returned/Exchanged Items
Items must be returned:

New and unused
-
Unwashed
-
With all KOZI tags and packaging fully attached
If these conditions are not met, we will not be able to accept the return or exchange.
Shipping Fees

For returns, the customer is responsible for the shipping fee of sending the item back to us.

For exchanges, the customer pays the shipping for both the return and the new item being sent out.
Availability
Exchange and return requests can only be processed as long as the requested items are still in stock.
